oktk1 Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

oktk1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online casino and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between oktk1 and its user ("you" or "member").

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of this platform, you are agreeing to these terms. oktk1 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

1.1 Definition of Services

oktk1's services include: online casino games (including slots, live casino, and fishing games), sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), virtual games, and promotional offers. The platform operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

1.2 Language

These terms have been drawn up in Bengali. In the event of any interpretation or dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To enjoy oktk1's services, you must open a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information and update it promptly if anything changes.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and identification details provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential; sharing it with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

2.2 Identity Verification

oktk1 may conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of address. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until verification is complete.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use oktk1's services. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.

3.1 Additional Eligibility Conditions

• Online gaming must be legally permitted from your current location.
• You may not register if you are on a banned persons list of any betting platform.
• The account may only be used for personal entertainment; commercial use is prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Transactions on oktk1 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We process deposits and withdrawals only through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same across all methods).
• Deposits are only accepted from an account registered in the same name.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
• Please use the correct reference number when sending a deposit; oktk1 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• To withdraw from a bonus balance, wagering requirements must be met (see Section 5).

4.3 Transaction Policy

oktk1 complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Accounts may be temporarily suspended for review of suspicious transactions, and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

oktk1 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page. The general bonus policy is described below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit would receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. For larger deposits: a ৳28,000 deposit would receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus).

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device, or IP address are not permitted.
• Bonus offers are for personal use only; coordinated betting for the purpose of gaining bonuses is prohibited.
• oktk1 reserves the right to withdraw or modify bonus offers at any time.
• oktk1 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspicious activity.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular members can participate in the oktk1 VIP Program. Weekly cashback is provided across five tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on overall activity and the platform's own evaluation.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to betting on oktk1. Additional rules for specific games or betting markets can be found in the relevant sections.

6.1 Sports Betting

• The official result of the relevant sport applies when determining bet outcomes.
• Pre-match and in-play betting are available across various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi.
• In the event of a dispute over results, oktk1's decision is final.
• oktk1 reserves the right to void bets placed with incorrect odds due to a technical error.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the outcome will be determined based on the saved data.
• Game rules follow the guidelines of the respective game provider.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on oktk1. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Strategic or coordinated betting for the purpose of gaining bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Any form of hacking, use of bots, or automated software on the platform's software.
• Placing bets on behalf of or with the funds of a third party.
• Money laundering or any other financially criminal activity.
• Opening or operating an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities found in the platform's games or odds.
• Threatening or harassing other users or staff.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by oktk1

oktk1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Court order or instruction from a regulatory authority.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting us via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any active bonuses will expire before closure, and any valid balance will be returned.

10 Limitation of Liability

oktk1 is not liable for any losses in the following circumstances:

• Interruption to gameplay due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Issues with third-party servers or payment providers.
• Your own negligence or failure to keep your account secure.
• Unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

In any situation, oktk1's total liability is limited to the amount of real money deposited into the relevant account.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for yourself.
